Dear Valued Customer, because there are a lot of packages that need to be delivered in a day, the delivery company may arrive at your home between 7 pm and 9.30 pm. When you receive frozen tofu or frozen vegetarian food, the outer packaging bag is generally softened. But don’t worry, you just need to put it in the freezer, as we pack your order within 24 hours, even if it is softened, the quality will generally not be affected.

When it comes to our own vegetable farms, we are often less picky. Although there is all kinds of blemishes in which vegetables might cover with dirt and holes, or with deep grooves and insect damage, yet we just would like to share that there is not much health risk when eating lightly bruised vegetables. None of these are not affecting the quality and nature flavor of the vegetables but can only prove that they are grown organically without any chemical pesticides and chemical fertilizers.
