OPAL powder is available in the market in the form of tea bags. 

Scientific researchers have provided enough evidence on the properties of OPAL powder. OPAL powders help in modulating anti-oxidative defense enzyme and reduces blood low density-lipoprotein (LDL). 

Moreover, it also retards the increase in fats in our body and therefore increases good high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C). Instruction:
1. Put 1 teabag in 200 ml boiling water.
2. Steep for 1 - 2 minutes and serve hot. 
3. Take 2 teabags per day with food.
